Terms of service

Terms governing Worker Servicecore medical aid application contribution audit enquiries and engagements in South Africa.

Acceptance and engagement

Using this website means you accept these website terms. Audit work begins only when Worker Servicecore and the client accept a written scope, fee, timing and document requirements. Website information is general and is not a substitute for scheme, legal, tax, medical or regulated financial advice.

Client responsibilities

Clients must supply records they are entitled to share, identify the financial question accurately and redact unrelated sensitive information. Findings depend on the completeness and version of documents supplied.

Intellectual property

Website text, visual design and general audit materials belong to Worker Servicecore. A client may use and share a paid report for the purpose stated in its scope, but may not sell, alter or present it as another practitioner’s work.

Limits and liability

We exercise reasonable professional care when reconciling source records. We do not control scheme rules, administrator decisions, employer payroll corrections or adviser recommendations. To the extent permitted by South African law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, excluding liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms and each engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution before approaching a court with jurisdiction in the Western Cape.

Changes and contact

We may update website terms prospectively. The accepted engagement terms continue to govern work already commissioned. Questions may be sent to info@worker-servicecore.digital.
