This check is appropriate when the quoted amount changed after a child reached a scheme age threshold, a student certificate was submitted, a spouse was added, or an effective date was captured differently from the request.
We inspect the relevant application amendment, acknowledgement, dependant category and contribution line. You receive a two-page finding that separates confirmed facts from questions requiring the administrator’s answer.
The scope covers one dependant and two contribution periods. Clinical eligibility, relationship disputes and retrospective legal claims are outside the review. Fees start at R1,250 including VAT, with any broader scope agreed first.
