Information handled with restraint

Privacy notice

How Worker Servicecore handles personal information during medical aid application contribution audit enquiries and engagements.

Controller and purpose

Worker Servicecore, Level 6, 38 Main Road, Sea Point, Cape Town 8005, is the responsible party for personal information it processes. We use enquiry details to respond, prepare estimates, deliver audits, meet accounting duties and protect legal interests.

Information we collect

The website form collects name, email, optional preferred date, selected review and message. Engagement records may include application and contribution information needed for the agreed financial check. We instruct clients not to provide unrelated clinical, identity or banking details.

We process information to take requested steps, perform a contract, comply with South African law and pursue legitimate record-keeping and security interests. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it. Enquiries not converted to work are generally deleted after 12 months; engagement and invoice records are retained for up to seven years unless law or a dispute requires longer.

International transfers

Where an approved service provider stores information outside South Africa, we use contractual and organisational safeguards intended to provide protection comparable to applicable South African requirements. Details may be requested from our contact address.

Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent where it is the basis; and complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. Verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
