Employer-group estimates
Employer reconciliations are quoted because member count, payroll periods, subsidy rules and file condition materially change the work. We normally begin with a paid sample assessment from R3,800, credited against a larger engagement where stated in the estimate.
What can change an estimate
Historical contribution tables, missing application versions, handwritten source records, multiple employer entities, late-joiner penalty calculations and more than one disputed effective date can add review time. We identify these factors before work starts rather than expanding the fee without written approval.
