Why the practice began
Worker Servicecore was formed after repeated encounters with applicants who could name the monthly amount but could not see how their household categories, income band or employer subsidy produced it. The practice gives those financial fields the slow, independent reading they deserve.
People behind the review
Lerato Daniels, lead contribution auditor, brings twelve years of medical scheme billing and employer-benefit reconciliation experience. Her work centres on source documents, effective dates and a clean separation between confirmed facts and open questions.
Michael Jacobs, client records coordinator, prepares redaction guidance, checks that document sets are complete and keeps each review within its agreed purpose. He does not request clinical material for a financial calculation.
Our working approach
We begin with the exact discrepancy, not a broad request for every record. Calculations are traced to dated schedules; exceptions retain their source reference; and the final report states limits plainly. We are independent of medical schemes and do not earn commission from option selection.
